He brings over 15 years of experience in financial services and product management advising Fortune 100 companies on strategy, product design, and capital deployment. His approach is data informed and judgment driven with a focus on risk management and delivering projects that perform over time.

Chandni brings over a decade of experience in real estate and leads marketing, sales, product design, and day to day operations across projects. She is a licensed real estate NC/SC broker, bringing hands on market insights and transaction expertise to each phase of development.
